No Exercise Method

Unless you plan to be a exercise enthusiast, exercise may not be a long term solution to weight loss.

Increasing your overall activities are key to burning calories. Try doing the obvious, take the stairs and put on your walking shoes. If you live close to the post office, library, or market, walk instead of drive.

Do you find yourself inside alot? Take the long way around your house. Use small baskets of laundry and take them up and down the steps load by load.

Speed clean your house. Toss out your mop and scrub your floors the old fashioned way, on your hands and knees.

Gardening is a great way to stretch muscles and strength legs. It can be back breaking work so be sure to drink plenty of water and rest when needed.
